Project Update: External Road Paving Begins as Phase Two Earthworks Progress

We are pleased to share the latest construction progress with our homeowners and stakeholders. Paving works on the external access roads have officially commenced. The construction team is working section by section to ensure proper leveling, high-quality laying of paving blocks, and safe traffic management throughout the process. These works will greatly enhance accessibility and improve the overall look of the neighbourhood.

At the same time, Phase Two of the project is progressing with ongoing excavation and blinding works. Setting-out works have been completed, and controlled excavation of the foundation areas is underway. Formwork installation for the blinding layer is also in progress, preparing the ground for upcoming structural works. All activities follow the approved schedule and Kenya’s construction safety standards.
