Project Progress Update

Thank you for your continued trust and support. The construction of the project is progressing steadily according to schedule. Below is the latest update on the main construction activities:

Building 2

Building 2 has completed all preliminary works and is fully prepared for raft foundation concreting. All materials, equipment, and technical preparations are in place, and the raft slab concrete pouring will commence shortly, marking an important milestone toward the main structure construction.

Building 9

Building 9 is currently undergoing foundation blinding (lean concrete) works. This stage is essential to ensure uniform load distribution and provides a solid base for the upcoming reinforcement and structural works.

Building 15

Building 15 is in the setting-out stage. Surveying and layout works are being carried out to ensure precise positioning, laying a solid foundation for reinforcement fixing and subsequent structural construction.

🏊 Courtyard Garden & Swimming Pool

The courtyard garden and swimming pool area is undergoing ground leveling works and is preparing for reinforcement installation. As a key recreational and landscape feature of the community, construction is being carried out in strict accordance with design and quality standards.

🌳 Landscaping Works

Tree planting and grassing works are currently in progress across the site. These works aim to enhance the living environment while construction continues, bringing greenery and vitality to the future community.
