We fully understand the concerns and expectations of our homeowners regarding the progress of Phase II of the project, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and continued trust.
At present, the pace of construction has been carefully adjusted, not due to any lack of progress, but because our professional technical teams are dedicating additional time to repeatedly review and refine the construction drawings. This process allows us to identify and resolve potential issues at an early stage, further optimise design details, and ensure that every home delivered is safe, durable, and comfortable for long-term living.
For us, a home is more than a structure—it is a place where families settle down and build their future. That is why we firmly believe that taking the time to do things properly is far better than rushing progress. Good quality is always worth waiting for.
Meanwhile, construction works on site are progressing steadily and visibly:
✔ The foundation blinding layer for Block 2 has been successfully completed, providing a solid base for subsequent structural works.
✔ Excavation works for Blocks 9 and 15 are currently underway, with all site operations proceeding in an organised and controlled manner.
✔ The tower crane has been fully installed and commissioned, ensuring safe and efficient construction for the next phase.
✔ In addition, the external brick-paved access road from the petrol station to the residential estate has been completed and is now open to traffic, significantly improving site accessibility and overall convenience for residents.
All construction activities are being carried out in strict compliance with Kenyan building regulations and engineering standards, under professional supervision.
We kindly reassure all homeowners that the project remains firmly on track. Every decision we make is guided by one core principle: to deliver a high-quality home that you can trust, feel secure in, and proudly call your own.
Thank you for your continued confidence and support. Further updates will be shared regularly as the project progresses.
