Community Update: Road Upgrade Project at Main Entrance Underway

To further improve the living environment and enhance travel convenience for residents, the road upgrade project at the main entrance of the community has officially begun.The work is being carried out by a professional construction team as part of the ongoing efforts to create a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming neighborhood.

The project focuses on three key goals — safety, cleanliness, and aesthetics — and includes

the following improvements:

• Road Surface Upgrade: The existing mud road will be replaced with durable brick pavement, eliminating muddy and uneven surfaces during rainy days and ensuring smoother access for both vehicles and pedestrians.

• Drainage Ditch Construction: New drainage ditches will be installed along both sides of the road to improve water flow and prevent flooding.

• Access Optimization: The entrance layout, curbs, and pedestrian pathways will be reorganized to improve traffic order and safety.

• Lighting and Landscaping Enhancements: Additional lighting and greenery will be introduced after the roadwork is completed, creating a bright, pleasant, and welcoming atmosphere at the entrance.
